She began her career as a consultant for Ernst & Young, and later served as the Comptroller for the State of New Hampshire. She has strong leadership skills and oversees the strategic direction, finance and marketing for the company. Jo is married with three children and enjoys hiking, golfing, skiing and travel.

Co-Founder & Vice President

Q has over 25 years of experience in data management and business analytics. He has strong team-building skills and leads the Data Management practice with emphasis on data strategy and project execution. In the recent past, Q has delivered significant MDM and analytics projects for Fortune 1000 companies in the insurance and CPG industries. Q is married with three children and enjoys golfing, cooking, and travel.

Solution Architect

Craig has over 15 years of system architecture and development experience in Master Data Management and Data Integration. He has strong leadership and technical skills which enable him to successfully design and deliver data management solutions. These solutions bring exceptional value to our clients. Craig enjoys travel, photography and adventurous eating.

Operations Manager

Diane has over 20 years of experience in finance, human resources and business management. She has strong problem solving, team leadership, execution, and interpersonal skills. Diane is married with two children and enjoys golfing, skiing, fitness training, boating and travel.

Data Analyst

Frawley has over 8 years of experience in data analytics and technology working in both the public and private sectors. She accomplished graduate-level studies in Analytics and Data Science and is adept at delivering data-driven reporting solutions and engaging in data quality projects for our clients. Frawley enjoys spending time outdoors with her friends and family.

Technical Architect

John has over 18 years of technical experience and expert Informatica MDM knowledge. He also has significant experience in MDM data security. He began his career at Informatica (formerly Siperian). He has worked with Insurance, Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, and Health Science corporations on major MDM projects. John is married with one child and enjoys music, food and travel.

Quality Assurance

Phil has over 20 years of technical experience with over 10 years managing QA teams on MDM projects. He is primarily responsible for quality on all client projects and internal product development. He also leads the training for all new hires to ensure everyone understands that quality is in our DNA. Phil is married with two children and enjoys cooking, adventure sports and outdoor activities.

Application Architect

Peter has over 20 years of experience in developing data and analytical systems for businesses in the Insurance, Healthcare and Retail industries. His in-depth knowledge of data technologies enables him to drive innovative solutions and deliver exceptional results to our clients. Peter is married with two children and enjoys camping, coaching youth hockey and volunteering for Boy Scouts of America.

Marketing

Case has over 20 years of experience in brand strategy and strategic account management in the insurance and CPG industries. His consultative customer service approach effectively clarifies data optimization needs and aligns development teams to best serve Instep’s customers. Case has three children and enjoys golfing, fishing and attending his children’s many sports activities.
